The Outlook Team Tool (13-01-2005)
This has been a minor problem in our company for a long time:
Our support department use a shared mailbox's on Exchange. When ever they wanted to send a mail from "support", they had to manually enter the sender name in the "From" field or the mail would be sent from their personal email address. (and replied to it as well)
Then, they would also have to move the sent mail from their personal "sent items" to the shared mailbox's "sent items" for other supporters to be able to view it.

Yesterday I found the "Lucatec Mask Add-in for Microsoft Outlook" which solved all of this.
This neat tool automatically determines the correct sender address to use and it offers the option to move or copy the sent message to the relevant account's "Sent Items" folder (or even a Public Folder).

My supporters are happy and if they stay that way (and if outlook doesn't get "funky") for the remaining trial period, I will gladly pay the 103$ it costs.

The demo on the web site, by the way, is as good as demo gets.
Simple and easy to understand flash file. This tool sells it's self
