Forms-based Authentication In OWA 2003 Without SSL (31-10-2005)
By default, FBA requires SSL to be configured on your IIS.
To configure FBA to work without SSL:
1. Open Registry Editor
2. Go to the following registry key:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWeb
3. Under the OWA subkey, add a DWord value called AllowRetailHTTPAuth and set it to 1
4. Quit Registry Editor
